    From the guys who brought you Knocked Up and The 40-Year-Old Virgin comes Superbad. Seth (Jonah Hill) and Evan (Michael Cera) want nothing more than to hook up with the girls they like before heading off to college. To do that, though, they need to get liquor for the big party that night. With the help of their friend Fogell, a.k.a. McLovin (Christopher Mintz-Plasse), and his fake I.D., the three of them go on a chase for that elusive booze, dodging incompetent cops (Knocked Up's Seth Rogen and Saturday Night Live's Bill Hader) while attempting to reverse a lifelong losing streak in one hilarious night.

TRIVIA TO IMPRESS YOUR EASILY IMPRESSED FRIENDS

• This movie was written by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg when they were just 13-years-old. Originally the pair wrote the roles for themselves, which is why the two main characters were named Seth and Evan, however by the time this film got made the two were far too old looking to pass for teenagers. Rogen still appears in this film as Officer Michaels.
• The penis drawings featured in this movie were hand drawn by David Goldberg, writer Evan Goldberg's brother. Goldberg made nearly a thousand of these drawings, although only a small percentage made it into the film. According to producer Judd Apatow the drawings started a bit of war between him and the MPAA who had long discussions with him about not only the number of penis that could be seen, but also how erect the members were, as well as the amount veins that could be seen.
• Christopher Mintz-Plasse who played the infamous McLovin in this movie was 17-years-old when shooting took place and as a result his mother had to be on set watching him during his sex scene.
• Seth Rogen's father Mark Rogen has a cameo in this film as the angry dad who throws a bat at Jonah Hill's character.
