• There were a few spoofs that never made it to the final cut of the film. The canceled spoofs include an opening scene making fun of House Of Wax with Elisha Cuthbert and Paris Hilton, a spoof of Red Eye in which Andre 3000 plays the role Cillian Murphy plays in the actual film and demands that unless Cindy eats his taco her father will die, and also a spoof based on Cursed.
• King Kong appears on the cover of the DVD, as well as the movie poster, however no mention or appearance of the giant ape appears in the film.
