Notes:

• Sharon Stone was a co-producer on this film and had such sway that she was able to pickher won director, she chose Sam Raimi to direct because she liked Army Of Darkness. She also picked Russell Crowe to be her co-star against studio wishes who didn't want someone who was a complete unknown actor in that role. As if that wasn't enough she also chose Leonardo DiCaprio for his role against studio advice, and was only able to convince them to let him have the role after she aggreed to pay his salary.
• Some people may have noticed the lack of Bruce Campbell in this movie, as he usually has a small role in all of Raimi's movie's. However, Campbell was in a wedding scene that ended up being cut from the final version of the film.
• The international version of this movie has a steamy sex scene between Sharon Stone and Russell Crowe can be seen. It was cut from the American version as it was deemed unneccary to the story.
