Notes:

• In the credits of this movie a credit is given that reads "and introducing Tess as Julia Roberts." This has to do with the plot of the movie, as well as the fact that in the first Ocean's movie the credit "introducing Julia Roberts as Tess" could be seen.
• Matt Damon requested a rewrite of the script to make his role smaller as he didn't think he could keep up with the shooting demands after just finishing The Bourne Supremecy. His request was denied.
• When everyone is talking in code at the table, Linus begins quoting lyrics from Led Zeppelin's Kashmir.
• Linus's father was originally supposed to appear in this film, Clint Eastwood was going to play the role in an early draft of the film, but he was later replaced by Peter Fonda, the scene was filmed, but ultimately cut.
