It should be noted that the Golden Globes use the year the awards are held to identify the year of the awards, not the year of the movies they are recognizing. For instance they would call it the 1999 Golden Globes, however all the films nominated would be from 1998. However for continuity purposes with The Academy Awards and The Golden Giggles, the year listed with the nominees will be the same year all the films were released NOT the year the ceremony was held.
