TRIVIA TO IMPRESS YOUR EASILY IMPRESSED

-
The scene in the home improvement store was an actual store
that producers were able to arrange to shoot in after normal business hours,
however the store had to be put together exactly the way it was left by
opening. As a result a large crew was needed to clean up after a shoot
while another crew was used for shooting in a different part of the store.
The crew also spent a great deal of time hiding brand names of items found
on the shelf, as well as putting together the intricate death scenes. It
took more than 20 takes just to get the bored to fall onto the gear shift
of the forklift alone.
-
The cast members seen riding the roller coaster in the film,
had to ride the coaster 26 times in a row in order to get the necessary
footage.
-
As with the previous installments in the series, the ending
reportedly had to be reshot after audiences had poor reactions to the finale.
-
The director shot this film with DVD in mind, shooting several
different outcomes for many scenes giving the DVD a choose-your-own-adventure
feel to it.
