TRIVIA TO IMPRESS YOUR EASILY IMPRESSED FRIENDS

• Writer/director Jim Jarmusch usually did not allow more than 2 or 3 takes on any given scene, as much of the dialogue was improvised and he wanted to keep it fresh and real.
• The scenes in this movie were shot over a 17-year span of time. The earliest sketch was the Roberto Benigni/Steven Wright skit which was shot in 1987.
• Meg White and Jack White who appear in the "Tessla Coil" sketch are also the sole members of the band The White Stripes.
• RZA and GZA are actually very serious about their health and just as in the sketch they really do not drink coffee, only tea.
