    Si-i-i-t. Sta-a-a-a-a-y. Laugh! Best In Show is "the year's funniest movie" (Lou Lumenick, New York Post). Waiting For Guffman's Christopher Guest directs and many of that film's stars (including Fred Willard as a loopy commentator) reunite for this zany look at dog show participants (and the pooches who love them). Join the fun as Mayflower Kennel Club competitors - a fly-fishing shop owner from Pine Nut, NC (Guest), Shih Tzu-doting partners (Michael McKean and John Michael Higgins), squabbling yuppies (Parker Posey and Michael Hitchcock), a dim-bulb trophy wife (Jennifer Coolidge) and her ace handler (Jane Lynch) and a married couple (Eugene Levy and Catherine O'Hara) who dream up ditties about terriers - vie for the top prize. It's howlarious!

TRIVIA TO IMPRESS YOUR EASILY IMPRESSED FRIENDS

• Parker Posey's braces in this film are real, she had actual braces installed to help her with her character.
• Baseball legend Joe Garagiola who hosted the actual Westminster Kennel Club was the inspiration for Fred Willard's character Buck Laughlin.
• The actual owner of the poodle "Rhapsody In White" pulled her dog from the film after realizing her dog would not be winning "Best In Show" in the film. The crew had to find a similar looking poodle and quickly spray paint it's fur to get the rest of the film shot.
• The footage showing the outside of the arena where the dog show is taking place was actually stock footage from the film Sudden Death starring Jean-Claude Van Damme. That is why is why there are so many police cars parked outside, they were there responding to a terrorist incident in the Van Damme film.
